Quad Biking
Ride through private estates, mangrove forests, scenic Atlantic coastline. Past secluded coves like Honeymoon, Anse-Islet and Cannelles beach. Have a swim and then visit banana and coconut plantations as well as a small village.

Kayaking to Pidgeon Island
Paddle across to Pidgeon Island , after beaching the kayaks take a walk along the trails leading to the western tip of the park. See the ruins of Fort Rodney .

Jeep Trek
Pass through Castries down into the valleys, cross a river and into the tropical rainforest. See Mount Gimie , take a short walk through the dense undergrowth to a waterfall. Stop off at Anse La Raye before returning the quay.

Sail past villages on Anse La Raye and Tapion.
Soufriere – see the twin peaks of Gros and Petit Piton
Sulphur Springs – only drive in volcano with bubbling hot springs with the distinct smell of sulphur.

Lunch back on the boat.

Explore Morne Fortune and the Sulphur Springs and onto the Botanical Gardens.

Sail and swim to Anse Cochon for a swim and then sail past Marigot Bay.

dive on the Soufriere Marine Reserve and see the reef and the coral with snapper, surgeon, parrotfish and tigerfish.
