Quad Biking
Ride through private estates, mangrove forests, scenic Atlantic coastline. Past secluded coves like Honeymoon, Anse-Islet and Cannelles beach. Have a swim and then visit banana and coconut plantations as well as a small village.
Kayaking to Pidgeon Island
Paddle across to Pidgeon Island , after beaching the kayaks take a walk along the trails leading to the western tip of the park. See the ruins of Fort Rodney .
Jeep Trek
Pass through Castries down into the valleys, cross a river and into the tropical rainforest. See Mount Gimie , take a short walk through the dense undergrowth to a waterfall. Stop off at Anse La Raye before returning the quay.
Sail, Sightsee and Swim
- Sail past villages on Anse La Raye and Tapion.
- Soufriere – see the twin peaks of Gros and Petit Piton
- Sulphur Springs – only drive in volcano with bubbling hot springs with the distinct smell of sulphur.
- Botanical Gardens and Diamond Falls – stroll through the gardens then onto the Diamond Falls .
- Lunch back on the boat.
- Swimming in Anse Cochon Bay . On the way back pass Marigot Bay .
Horse Riding –
Explore St Lucia's landscape and beaches.
Fun Cruise to the Pitons –
cruise takes you to Soufriere , on to the twin peaks of Gros and Petit Piton, then to Anse Cochon bay for a swim before heading for Marigot Bay where Dr Doolittle was filmed.

Castries harbour, Marigot Bay , Pitons and the Sulphur Springs.

- Morne Fortune – views of the city and surroundings from the ‘Hill of Good Fortune'
- Marigot Bay - where Dr Doolittle was filmed.
- Rum Distillery – see how it is made and sample some.
- Caribelle Batik Silk Studios – see the batik clothes and wall hangings and maybe purchase one or two to take home.
Sandals Resort –
use the pools, whirlpools, tennis courts, gym and take advantage of the watersports on offer.
Land and Sea Adventure –
- Explore Morne Fortune and the Sulphur Springs and onto the Botanical Gardens.
- Lunch at the Still Plantation Restaurant I Soufreire
- Sail and swim to Anse Cochon for a swim and then sail past Marigot Bay.
Snorkelling –
Cruise along the coastline and then get in amongst the tropical fish on the amazing reef.
Scuba Diving –
dive on the Soufriere Marine Reserve and see the reef and the coral with snapper, surgeon, parrotfish and tigerfish.

at the St Lucia Golf and Country Club on the Cap Estate.
